Shipping and delivery
When you view the products in our shop, next to each price you will find the words “Shipping within 3 working days”; this is the guaranteed timeframe in which the product is entrusted to the courier for delivery. After placing an order you will receive further information about shipping and delivery times by e-mail.
Please note that these times are indicative and each order is processed from the moment we receive the payment for the order.
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details. From that moment you will be able to track the order independently.
Shipping costs are always included in the price of our products for mainland Italy, Sicily and Sardinia.
Your furnishings will be delivered free of charge to the point closest to the street number reachable by the delivery vehicle but they will not be brought into the home.
Unfortunately we do not offer this service and, on the contrary, we advise the customer not to throw away the original packaging for the first few days in case you want to return the product (which cannot be made without original packaging).
For products that need it, assembly is a service that is offered by Ineditii only in the Valle Sabbia and Garda Bresciano areas, the price changes according to the item and must be requested when ordering by sending an e-mail. to the address: info@ineditii.it.

It is possible to collect the goods directly from our collection point after purchasing the products from our online store.

We ship to countries other than Italy. We offer free shipping to all countries within the European Union. As for countries outside the EU, on specific request of the customer, we can arrange shipping worldwide. Contact us directly for more information and to get a customized quote for international shipping.
Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact date / time for the delivery of your order.

My orders and my profile
You can order in different ways: directly online on our Ineditii website, by email, or by phone.
Add the products you are interested in to the cart and then proceed to checkout by clicking on the appropriate icon to finalize the purchase.
You can log into our online shop in different ways:
– using an existing account
– If you are a new user you can register or purchase as a guest.
First of all, during the purchase you will be asked for some personal details such as the shipping address and a telephone number (for our customer service or the courier in case they need to contact you).
Lastly, you must accept the Terms & Conditions of sale and give your consent to receive promotional information directly by e-mail.

If the order has not been prepared for the shipment yet, it can be canceled independently from the customer profile (in “My orders” section)
This page is visible just after logging in with your credentials.
After selecting the order, the “Cancel Order” button will appear at the bottom of the page.
Confirmation of cancellation will arrive by email together with information on refund times.
Unfortunately, once the products are prepared for shipment, it won’t possible to request cancellation.

Payments and offers
You can choose from a number of the most used and secure payment methods on the market, such as:

We are working on the introduction of this payment method but at the moment it is not offered yet .

Did your payment fail?

Each product has a standard European warranty of 24 months (2 years).
This warranty does not include damage and / or defects resulting from the use and wear of the product.
At the moment we don’t have a showroom available, but we are moving to create one.However, we offer the possibility of receiving the customer by appointment in order to show him our products, so he can also touch and see the high quality of every single detail.
On the page of the single product it is possible to view the availability of each product.
In the case of a product that is out of stock, it is still possible to place the order by waiting 30 days for the order to be processed.
Our aim is to offer products of the highest quality, however some products are not designed for commercial / professional use, but only for domestic / private use.
Being handcrafted products it is possible that even those not designed for that use, are redesigned and built ad hoc making them perfectly suitable.
